前回の記事の訂正です。
厚生労働省のサイトの数字と大手メディアの報道の数字が一致しなかった理由が分かりました。
今年の4月3日に毎月勤労統計の指数等が改訂されていたのです。
これには気づきませんでした。
４月の実質賃金、確報値は0.1％減 給与総額は２カ月ぶり増 日経
「現金給与総額から物価上昇分を除いた実質賃金は前年同月比0.1％減と24カ月連続で減少した」
この24ヵ月連続減少が正解であり、22ヵ月連続は間違いです。
また、
実質賃金、２年ぶりプラス 消費増税の影響一巡、賃上げ広がり 日経
「2013年4月（0.4％増）以来２年ぶりにプラスに転じた」
というのも0.7%が間違いで、0.4%が正解です。
お詫び申し上げます。
要は厚生労働省のサイトは指数が改訂される前の偽りの数字を掲載していたことが原因でした。
これはさすがに気づきませんでした。
政府系サイトが偽りの数字を訂正することなく掲載していたとは思いませんでした。
道理で政府の数字と報道の数字が一致しないわけです。
政府のサイトが偽りの数字と言っては語弊があるかもしれませんが、改訂前の数字を訂正せずに掲載していたのです。
従って平成26年以前の実質賃金指数のデータは信用してはならないということです。
例えば今もって厚生労働省のサイトでは、2013年4月の確報はプラス0.7%のPDFを公表しておりますけれども、これはウソの数字であり、改訂前の数字です。
改訂後は0.4%になっています。
4月3日に改訂されたばかりですから、ウソのデータが未だ掲載されておりますが、いずれ正確なデータが随時掲載されていくかもしれません。
まさか政府の公表しているデータに偽りがあったとは思いもよりませんでした。
このデータは2015年のデータは正確な数字ですが、2014年（平成26年）以前のデータは実質賃金指数に限っては、ほぼ偽りですので本気にしてはならないのです。
今年の1月から過去にさかのぼって改訂しているのです。
これには気づきませんでした。
大体の改定後の指数が4ページ目に「別添２-１」の右側に改訂前と改訂後の指数が掲載されていますが、この「別添２-１」は大体であって、平成24年以前の指数も改訂されているのです。
現時点の厚生労働省のサイトの数字は信用し、うのみにしてはならないということです。
これで厚生労働省の出している数字と報道の数字が一致しないわけが分かりました。
謎はすべて解けた。

これは改訂前の数字をグラフ化したものです。
改訂後の本当の数字はこれです。

しかしてこのデータは厚生労働省のサイトにはありません。
政府統計の総合窓口（e-stat）に掲載されています。
このサイトで左の統計データを探すの検索で「[指数及び増減率] 実質賃金 指数及び増減率－現金給与総額（５人以上）（調査産業計，製造業）」をコピーして検索して下さい。
項番1の「長期時系列表 [1]」がでますから、それをクリックして表番号25のエクセルデータです。
大体一般ピープルが、ここまで複雑な検索するわけねぇだろ、もっと分かりやすく掲載しろ、実質賃金の伝道やってるわけじゃねぇんだよ、と思いますが、仕方がない。
判断の基礎となる数値とデータを偽られたらどうしようもありません。
国民が政府のサイトを訪れて、そのデータと数字を鵜呑みにしたらどうするのでしょう。
私はうのみにしておりました。
改訂後の2013年4月は確かに「プラス0.4%」とあり、5月から実質賃金はマイナスが続いています。

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my
4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her
ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
